Dr. Richard Wagner (UTMB Dermatology Faculty) was invited to write an editorial for the 10th anniversary issue of the Journal of Medicine and Movies, and his work was published in the March 2014 issue (Wagner RF Jr. 10 Years with the Journal of Medicine and Movies. J Med Mov 2014;10:1-2). Since 2012 he has published 5 articles in this journal related to his experience teaching medical students about skin diseases through film, as well as co-authoring original articles with medical students and residents about films with skin disease content.
