UTMB MS2 Publishes Original Movie Research Letter about Animated Character Appearance in the British Journal of Dermatology

Congratulations to UTMB MS2 Michael Ryan and UTMB Dermatology Interest Group (DIG) Vice President for his recent publication in the British Journal of Dermatology. Michael completed original research on this topic as a UTMB MS2 this year through the UTMB Dermatology Honors Research Program under the direction of his mentor, Dr. Richard Wagner, UTMB Professor of Dermatology. He presented this research as a poster at the Annual American Academy of Dermatology held in San Diego in February 2018, as an oral presentations at the Annual Fall Meeting of the Texas Dermatological Society in 2017, and at the 2018 National Student Research Forum in Galveston where he was awarded 1st Prize in Podium Presentation for this research. Congratulations to Dr. Lindy Ross for receiving the annual UTMB Dermatology Faculty Award for the Best Dermatology Research Performed by a PGY4 dermatology resident over 3 years of her dermatology residency.

2018 UTMB Dermatology Residents Ready for Launch!

The 2018 Dermatology Graduation Party celebrated the accomplishments of our current UTMB PGY4 residents, who will formally complete dermatology residency training at the end of this month.
