Congratulations to UTMB MS2 Antonio Jimenz for
presenting a summary of bench research he performed during the MSSRP
program this summer at the Shriners Weekly Research Conference. This
work was performed in Dr. Finnerty’s lab at Shriners Hospital in
collaboration with Dr. M. Wilkerson, Professor Dermatology. His talk was
entitled “Rose Bengal Update, Effect of Rose Bengal on expression of
collagen in hypertrophic scar fibroblasts.”
