Dr. H. Malone is the co-author on a peer-reviewed report about scabies (Misdiagnosed crusted scabies in an AIDS patient leads to hyperinfestation, Cutis 2017;99:202-204). The other co-authors, from the UTMB Department of Internal Medicine, were Drs. Niloofar Yari and Antonio Rivas. This report was submitted to Cutis when Dr. Malone was a UTMB dermatology resident.
