Helpful Interview Advice
Interviewing for a dermatology residency interview has much in common with other high stakes competitive interviewing for jobs. A company may interview 10 or more applicants for one highly sought job opening, hoping to find the ideal employee. What are the employer’s goals in conducting these interviews? How does an applicant stand out from the others in a good way? Advice for interviewing is available on the Yale University website (seehttp://funding.yale.edu/planning/interviewing-external-fellowships) in the context of competitive external fellowships. Much of this advice applies to dermatology residency applicants and is worthy of consideration.
