American Medical News Stops Publication
Subscribers were surprised to receive their last issue of American Medical News (215,000 subscribers) on September 9, 2013. After 55 years of publication and a reduction of publication frequency to biweekly in 2009, this medical newspaper was not able to continue due to finances.
